This is an extension of my last blog.
Most people grow up learning about being honest and telling the truth. As children we were chastised when we did not. As adults and children, we live, work and play in a technological era where coding and decoding computer language is the job of many. Likewise, on a day-to-day basis, there are multiple hidden messages behind our expressed feelings.
What might some of these messages be?
Who are the decoders?
Are these ‘feeling’ decoders’ even accurate?
If so, to what extent?
This post illuminates some often coded and real meanings behind the feelings we often express.

It’s quite okay to acknowledge “I am not feeling the best right now. Actually, I can do with a little morale boost, but I WILL be better.”
Today, I challenge you to ENTER (Embrace Notes of Truth while Encouraging Reassurance) the correct language that will lead to proper decoding and action.
Drop me a line or two with your thoughts!
"Powerful, impactful little book. Don’t underestimate it because of its size. If you internalize the message on each page it can make you change your behaviour. Great for youth groups and classes, schools etc."
